  • Maintain a focused caseload of approximately 2-3 comprehensive clients, allowing time to effectively oversee clinic operations and team performance.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB.
  • 3+ years of experience as a practicing Board Certified Behavior Analyst - preferably in a clinic setting.
  • State license, as required
  • Experience working with children with autism and related disorders
  • Passion for building, growth and innovation

Compensation

  • Competitive Compensation with Bonus Opportunities – We offer total compensation ranging from $98,000–$120,000, with additional earning potential through performance-based bonuses.
