Responsibilities
- Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills

- Manage the timely and accurate completion of all balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure the financial statements are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Manage accounting for foreign transactions, including financial statement translation and foreign currency transactions to ensure they are properly accounted for.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Advanced computer skills required (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office suite, large enterprise systems, etc.)
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting organizations with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial capacity
- Excellent consultative and communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels within the organization
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges
Nice to have
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) a plus
- Large enterprise system experience (Oracle e1 experience a plus)
- Construction industry experience a plus
Skills
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid technical accounting skills and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Team player, with strong leadership skills, who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment
Compensation
- $146,948.00 - $220,424.00 Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
- Granite will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume.
- Granite will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
