About the role

This role is accountable for recurring reporting, dashboard development, KPI tracking, data validation, and ad hoc analysis across sales, operations, customer service, field performance, and other core business functions.
The Associate should be able to stand, sit in an office space, lift 25lbs on occasion, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials, and use office equipment and computers.
The Associate is exposed to typical office working conditions, as well as conditions in a workshop environment.

The Associate must be able to lift and climb ladders, handle glass and related materials, and carry all needed equipment to perform measurements and design assessments.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field;
Proven experience with 5+ years in data reporting, business intelligence, analytics, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, validating information, and producing accurate, business-ready reporting.
Strong understanding of KPI development, metric definition, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
Experience working across multiple business systems, including CRM, ERP, POS, scheduling, or field service platforms.
Familiarity with data governance, reporting documentation, and dashboard standardization.
Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving manual reporting processes.
