- This position is responsible for the growth and development of Contract Analysts and focuses on maintaining and improving a defined process for the Contract Analyst team.
Responsibilities
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that highlight contracting process execution
- Recruit, Hire, Onboard, Train and Develop a team of Contract Analysts to support our objective of building a high-performance culture
- Create and foster a positive work environment that encourages development and growth of its team members
- Maintain relationships with Stores, Accounting Leadership, and Driveway Care Center to support cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Manage and apply HR policies and escalate to Managers as needed
- Execute defined process to support team capacity as needed

Compensation
- $50,000-$75,000
- Conduct regular coaching, performance management, and annual review
