About the role
- First Responder Protective Services (FRPS) is hiring multiple SOC Operators / Dispatchers in the Plano area to monitor alerts and camera feeds across approximately 2300 sites in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Receive and document incoming calls and incident reports.
- Maintain incident logs and communication records.
- Maintain professional composure under pressure.
- Document all actions clearly and accurately.
Requirements
- Familiarity with security or logistics monitoring software.
- SOC Operator / Dispatcher Must have an Alarm Systems Monitor license.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in dispatch, 911, or control room operations preferred.
