Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Preconstruction department.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and paper.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • This is an individual contributor role that will support the Preconstruction department.
  • Headquartered in Conyers, Georgia, Batchelor & Kimball takes pride in partnering with our clients to deliver excellent results from engineering and construction to operations and maintenance.
  • The position of Administrative Assistant will provide general office and personnel support as needed.
  • The primary function of the role is to help those at the site to be as efficient as possible by providing the necessary support to allow them to focus on the value-added parts of their roles and stay on track and on time.
