About the role

Responsibilities

  • SEO and organic discovery. Search-intent capture and answer-engine optimization. Related to content, but its own craft, and increasingly its own battleground as LLMs become how people ask "how do I get off my meds."
  • The bench. Orchestrate external partners (contractors/agency) across performance marketing contractor, PR, podcasts, and dedicated brand support.
  • We're hiring our first growth person to own the customer-growth number and turn a proven, part-time growth engine into a real one.
  • You're an AI-native content operator who can build and scale a content engine, not run a one-off.
  • You're a player-coach. You build the machine with your own hands and a lean bench.
  • Our brand voice and positioning are developed with dedicated support outside this seat.
  • You steward and activate them, and you own the growth they produce, but you won't be starting from a blank canvas or carrying brand alone.

Compensation

  • Salary: $150,000 - $220,000, based on experience
