Implement effective classroom management strategies, routines, and rhythms to foster student responsibility and attentiveness.
Maintain and update the gradebook on the school's server for parent accessibility and transparency.
Schoolwide Support & Duties Assist in school programming, including morning supervision, recess and lunch duty, drop-off and pick-up procedures.
Support the broader teaching staff and school community by helping with school events, field trips, and special programming.
Team Each member of our team is essential to building a thriving culture that sees and calls out the image of God in our students and in one another.
Through consistent instruction, thoughtful classroom leadership, and close collaboration with colleagues, the teacher supports the holistic formation of students in truth, goodness, and beauty.
They partner with families to form disciplined, curious learners who love truth and beauty.

Conduct parent-teacher conferences twice per year, scheduled outside normal school hours as needed.
Employment Type & Compensation Employment Type Full Time Salaried, Exempt - 40 hours a week Sick Pay 72 hours annually accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.
