About the role

  • We are looking for qualified trauma informed Residential Clinical Social Workers to observe, assess, and treat individuals with behavioral health disorders such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, autism, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client records and clinical documentation including:
  • 3rd Street Youth Center & Clinic also manages a number of successful Transitional Age Youth (TAY) housing stabilization programs and one of the city's few Youth Access Points.

Requirements

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role.
  • The ability to navigate stairs and move between different areas of the site is also required.
  • Top candidates have excellent clinical knowledge, demonstrable client engagement skills, meaningful therapy experience, and the ability to thrive in and enjoy a lively and dynamic residential milieu.

Compensation

  • The full salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.

Benefits

  • We anticipate hiring within a range of $80,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
