About the role
- The Core Infrastructure team makes the rest of Nooks fast.
- We're going from one product to many - Sequencing, Dialer, Agent Studio, Coaching - and our data layer, observability, and developer tooling have to scale with that.
- The dialer alone runs ~100M calls a week, and reps spend 4+ hours a day in the product.
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure that makes every product team faster. Data models, APIs, observability, CI/CD - pick the area, own it across the company.
- Keep the rails on while we go multi-product. Capacity, reliability, cost. Set the standards other teams build against.
- Mentor others on the team. Run code and design reviews, and pair on the hardest problems.
- A platform being built for the first time. Nooks was one product a year ago. The infra you build now decides what the next four products feel like.
- Build infrastructure that makes every product team faster.
- Data models, APIs, observability, CI/CD - pick the area, own it across the company.
Compensation
- Top-of-market compensation.
