About the role
- We are looking for A & B level Technicians.
- Do you have a strong mechanical aptitude?
- Whether you like to dig into the diagnostic details or like to sling engines and transmissions, we want to talk with you.
Responsibilities
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
- Diagnostic Technical Assistance Support: T.A.C. is our Real-time Diagnostic Assistance Center team staffed with ASE Master L1 Technicians to support your accurate Diagnostics and efficient repairs.
- CBA Irmo is growing and we're looking to continue building our team.
Requirements
- Experience will multiple makes & Models
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- Ability to Flag 40+ hours per week in one bay and meet workflow time management demands.
Nice to have
- Master Technicians - ASE A1-A8 Certifications Preferred
Skills
- Shop invests in OEM Diagnostic Scan Tools
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- All 300+ CBA locations offer a modern facility equipped with manufacture-level diagnostic equipment and the latest factory scan tools.
Compensation
- Performance Bonuses: High hour achievers qualify for bonus opportunities; hit hourly targets and get shop hour bonus
- Paid Vacation: 10 days per year, 15 days after 5 years
