About the role
- As an Executive Assistant at Serval, you will act as a force multiplier for the sales leadership team.
- This role has direct leverage on sales leadership effectiveness.
- The right candidate will materially increase execution velocity and ensure leaders remain focused on the highest-impact priorities.
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership Support
- Own and optimize complex calendars for the Head of Sales and senior sales leaders, balancing prospect meetings, internal reviews, and cross-functional priorities
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters - including pipeline data, comp information, and candidate conversations - with discretion and sound judgment
- Serve as a liaison across sales leadership, the broader GTM team, candidates, and external partners
- Design and refine systems that increase sales leadership and team-wide productivity
- Culture & Office Support
- Support planning and execution of sales offsites, team events, SKOs, and QBRs
- Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors.
Requirements
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities
Nice to have
- Experience supporting sales or GTM leaders in high-growth tech startups (Series A-C)
- Familiarity with modern productivity and sales tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Ashby, Salesforce, or outbound sequencing platforms)
- 2+ years supporting sales leaders, C-level executives, or founders
- startup experience strongly preferred
