About the role
- This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of loans from submission to closing, supporting investors and borrowers with a seamless and responsive experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a pipeline of active loans to ensure all files are progressing toward timely closings Follow up with internal underwriting and credit teams for file decisions and escalations as needed Verify compliance with loan program guidelines, investor overlays, and risk tolerances
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with residential investment lending, particularly Fix-and-Flip and DSCR loan programs.
