About the role

  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, operationally strong, and eager to grow alongside expanding pharmacy production initiatives.
  • This role will play an important part in supporting new production capabilities and future tablet manufacturing operations within the organization.
  • This is an on-site day shift role within our Boca Raton Operations department.

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing customized medications
  • Support tablet production workflows, including ingredient preparation, weighing, blending, batching, and processing operations
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure all compounds and batches are correctly labeled, packaged, and documented
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date batch records, compounding logs, and production documentation
  • Help manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, including restocking, material handling, and logging
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists and operations leadership to support safe, efficient, and scalable production workflow
  • Support expanding production operations and newly introduced dosage form initiatives as the company continues to grow

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience in non-sterile compounding within a compounding pharmacy or production environment
  • Registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the applicable state (Required)
  • Ability to follow procedures, SOPs, and production protocols consistently
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with tablet production, encapsulation, batching, powder processing, or manufacturing workflows
  • Familiarity with USP standards and regulatory compliance for compounded medications
  • Knowledge of different routes of medication administration including oral, topical, and sublingual dosage forms
  • Mechanically inclined with experience operating production or compounding equipment
  • Experience using pharmacy software systems for labeling, tracking, and batch record management
  • Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, high-volume production environment

Compensation

  • $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
