Responsibilities
- Lead and set strategy for the individuals in the Cost Accounting and Bill of Materials functions providing support to multiple Sealy entities. Oversee the functions' routine procedures, including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Support of various product development and other projects
- Establish strong relationships with business partners in product development, sourcing, manufacturing, operations finance, and sales finance.
- Review inventory policies and procedures and update as necessary to create efficient, best-in-class practices with strong controls to promote accurate management and accounting for inventory.
- Lead the implementation of policies and procedures across the network in collaboration with manufacturing business partners.

Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of management experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (MBA or MSAC preferred).
- CPA license is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- $107,000-$152,000
