Requirements

Skills
- Bachelors degree required
- 12+ years of experience with a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting
- Complex consolidation background required
- Knowledge of system administrator skillset for consolidation tools (OneStream or HFM preferred)
- Proficiency in US GAAP required.
- CPA with demonstrated success at required areas
- Experience thriving in globally matrixed environment, demonstrating collaboration at the heart of how you work
- Ability to get your message across effectively both verbally and in writing
- Love for and experience with solving problems and helping the business to run at its best
- Have a continuous improvement and process improvement mindset by looking to improve existing processes
- JDE experience a plus
- Experience navigating and connecting the dots within a globally matrixed organization
