Responsibilities
- Acknowledging support requests in a timely manner
- Effectively communicating support efforts and resolutions
- Providing 1 st and 2 nd level hardware, software, and networking support for their local office
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Must be able to work extended hours when required

Compensation
- The compensation for this position is $65,000-$70,000.

- Associates degree in an IT related field or combination of education and technical training required
