About the role

Provides individual and group psychotherapy services to male and female clients.
Licensed Professional Counselor reports to the Clinical Director.
Hours needed will be 16-20 hours weekly.

Uses the Master Treatment Plan to develop activities to use with clients approved for OBHS services.

Must have a Master's degree.
Must have and maintain a valid state ID- to navigate and use the company EHR.
Must be able to pass drug and nicotine test
Hold/Receive required certifications within the predetermined time limits established by the State of Arkansas.
Complete the specifically designed trainings and pass the written examination required for certification.
Provides timely documentation to support services rendered and provides written reports as required by other agencies (i.e. DCFS, legal system, etc.).
Attends all required clinic meetings.
Must meet licensed counselor accreditation standards and have documentation proving this.

Work effectively with culturally diverse population and be sensitive to the needs of each population.
Communicate compassionately and effectively with clients, health care professionals, and the public.
Effective documentation skills
Physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
Employee travels by automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions.
