About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor project lifecycle
  • Manage day to day workflow, timelines, and milestones
  • working with team to help drive scheduled deliverables, relay revision requests, record progress and help tackle obstacles as they arise
  • Own all internal correspondence such as crafting meeting reports, and reviewing creative and strategic briefs with an eye toward Client's business goals
  • Create and maintains account/project status reports
  • Help develop and advocate for strategic goals, planning, and positioning
  • Collaborate with Account Lead and key project stakeholders to oversee project steps, tasks, requirements for SOW
  • Manage internal asset management in partnership with the Production team.
  • Advocate for internal, cross functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to maintain integrity of the work, while staying on schedule and on budget.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of well-rounded account and project management experience in advertising or related creative, fast-paced businesses
  • Professional writing skills, ability to construct a well-written email with clarity and efficiency
  • Ability to craft internal / external presentations and present in an engaging way
  • Ability to foster trusting relationships with teammates and clients
  • They must have a strong ability to manage a cross-functional team and multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate is a go-getter with high expectations for themselves.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Experiential projects a plus

Compensation

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,000 - $105,000.
