About the role
- As a Medical Assistant, you're the heart of every patient visit.
- From the moment a patient walks in, you set the tone, taking vitals, prepping them for their provider, and making sure they feel seen and cared for.
- All medical assistants are cross-trained across front office, back office, labs and referrals.
Responsibilities
- Perform EKGs and PFTs
- Document accurately in the EMR and keep patient records clean
- Answer patient questions promptly with concierge-level support
- Partner with providers and staff to create seamless patient experiences
Requirements
- Brooksville clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)
Nice to have
- Confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
- Composure and professionalism when things get busy
