About the role

Requirements
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and weekend availability is required- approximately one to two Saturdays per month.

- Participates in the development and facilitation of trainings to address specific needs, including corrective actions or audit concerns, as needed
- Regularly evaluates training effectiveness and proactively identifies training needs
- Researches new or improved training and presenting techniques or materials and makes recommendations for updates to training content as requested
- makes approved updates and communicates changes to YAI Knowledge team.
- may participate in identification of auxiliary trainers.
- Ensures auxiliary trainers are successfully implementing training content through regular observation and evaluation in respective area(s), if applicable.
- Coordinates training schedules, staffing and/or resources specific to assigned region(s) or program.
Compensation
- $22 to $27 per hour
