About the role

  • The team is responsible for planning and maintaining networks / routes for Gatik's Autonomous Vehicles (AVs).
  • The NDO team provides the critical link between business and technical functions within Gatik.
  • We are looking for an individual to become an integral part of this team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of business, technical, product and operations individuals to design and optimize Gatik's Autonomous Networks.
  • Drive the implementation and scaling of tools, capabilities, and processes necessary to achieve goals of the NDO team.
  • Structure complex problems, analyze large amounts of data, and deliver insights and recommendations to the Gatik leadership team.
  • Support the B2B sales cycle including data analysis, network design, routing, scheduling and proposal drafting
  • Lead end to end projects within Gatik and external stakeholders to collect and compile information in support of business strategy and operations.
  • Conduct research and analysis of industry, company, customer, and channel data to support market assessment and identification of key trends / opportunities.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing ambiguity, ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting demands.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science discipline.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a strategic, analytical and/or customer facing role.
  • Consulting, Banking, and/or a start-up experience preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Data analytics tools.
  • Data modeling / scripting skills with Python strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary Range - $170,000 - $220,000
