Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of creative requests and approval routing, ensuring that tasks are organized and completed on time
- Support in project management of new products
- Develop launch presentations and own monthly internal marketing bulletin to ensure seamless communication with cross functional teams
- Manage brand marketing budgets, including raising POs and accruals
- Now, Murad is looking for a highly organized and motivated global marketing coordinator, who will help drive excellent execution as we embark on this brand transformation journey.
- This role will lead marketing coordination and reporting, as well as support project management for key initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion and/or beauty industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
- Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster, and nurture relationships with members of the global marketing team and cross-functional teams
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with unprompted follow-through
- Knowledge of global beauty and/or luxury goods markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Personal leadership and accountability
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative thinker, self-starter
- Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- A target hourly range of $25-32, depending on experience, plus annual bonus
