Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, research, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to spot patterns in data and a passion for translating numbers into meaningful stories.
  • You'll thrive here if you are resourceful, eager to learn, and energized by turning data into stories that matter.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with social listening, digital monitoring, or primary research tools and methodologies is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - fluency with Excel a plus.

Skills

  • Communicates effectively in 1:1 settings and small groups; can present findings to small internal audiences clearly and confidently.
  • Provides direction to interns as needed.
  • Strategy Drafts reports, presentations, and client-facing deliverables with little to no writing errors.
  • Seeks feedback and incorporates it into written work.
  • Stays curious and resourceful - knows where to find answers and brings a problem-solving mindset to every assignment.

Compensation

  • $59k-$62k

  • We are seeking an Associate to join our Data & Analytics team in New York, NY or Washington, DC.
