About the role
- As Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in successful transition of PMS systems to Denticon, oversee revenue cycle processes and ensure collections are maintained or improved.
- This position involves managing the revenue cycle operations of all Denticon locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage processes related to Denticon conversions, ensuring that all converted offices have successfully adopted the platform, including but not limited to:
- Post Conversion Support
- Support ticket issues
Requirements
- Proficiency in various practice management software-Denticon, as well as Excel and other Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.
- healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.
- 5+ years in dental RCM, preferably in a multi-location environment, 2+ years of people management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent
- Previous experience in project management a plus.
