About the role

  • Help define and operationalize customer readiness frameworks, success metrics, and scalable processes that improve AI adoption readiness. Partner with product leaders to translate strategic priorities into execution plans, milestones, operational cadences, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across engineering, product
  • management, design, research, customer success, marketing, and field organizations. Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and opportunities across multiple teams and proactively drive resolution. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, product development, or platform strategy, with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple engineering and product teams, including managing dependencies and driving execution in high-matrixed, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing enterprise, cloud, security, or large-scale distributed systems, with an understanding of platform-level architecture and operations.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational signals into clear executive insights, including defining frameworks, governance models, and scalable processes.
