As Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) of the SICU and CVICU, you will provide clinical supervision and unit coordination to promote a cohesive team, promote effective care and improve treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Participate in and support quality improvement projects, outcomes, studies and research initiatives.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Requirements

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Nice to have

CCRN Certification
One year of leadership experience
Prior experience working in a critical care environment, preferably an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Compensation
