About the role
- This position is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales contracts for newly constructed homes.
- Assist sales agents in contract terms verbiage, and other related matters.
- Work closely with internal departments such as sales, construction, finance, and purchasing, to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of contract-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales agents in contract terms verbiage, and other related matters. Collaborate with the executive team as needed to resolve any contractual issues.
- Prepare and distribute all necessary documents and paperwork associated with home sales contracts, including purchase agreements, addendums, and disclosures.
- Conduct regular reviews of contracts and associated documentation to identify errors, discrepancies, or areas for improvement. Implement corrective measures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the contract process for new home sales including change orders, from the initial offer to the handoff with the closing coordinator.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and maintain accurate records of contract-related activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and real estate regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing contract documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, Team Members, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (Kova). Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) is a plus.
- Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Work Environment: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, fax machines, and phones.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (Kova).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) is a plus.
