- About the role The Account Executive, Partnerships is a quota-carrying new business sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new client opportunities through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong network and a proven track record selling experiential and/or integrated marketing programs, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and understands how brands authentically engage younger consumers through culture, campuses, and live experiences.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach through proposal, pitch, and close Build and manage an active pipeline across priority categories including CPG, beauty, health & wellness, tech, and entertainment Track pipeline activity and contribute to business development reporting and insights Achieve annual sales quota by converting prospects into long-term brand partners Partner with internal strategy, production and account teams to develop compelling proposals and RFP responses Se ll experiential and integrated marketing programs, with a strong emphasis on youth, Gen Z, and campus activations Support the sale and growth of college media and NIL/Athletic programming through Newbridge's platform partners Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones to generate consistent opport unities Lead client presentations and represent Newbridge at industry events and conferences Oversee campaign launches and maintain strong client relationships throughout campaign to drive renewals and upsells Stay sharp on industry trends, cultural moments, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategy Qualifications 3-5+ years in business development or sales within an experiential marketing or agency environment Established book of business and client relationships that can be leveraged to generate immediate opportunities Proven track record selling experiential, integrated, or live event marketing programs Deep understanding of youth, college, or Gen Z marketing ecosystems Strong prospecting skills with the ability to open doors and close deals Highly organized with solid pipeline management, forecasting, and analytical ability Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter who thrives independently and in a collaborative team environment CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar) a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Compensation On-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000-$110,000, inclusive of base salary and commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package Benefits & Perks Flexible work environment - remote-friendly with the option to work from one of our offices in Portland, OR or Chicago, IL 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Quarterly office stipend, annual wellness stipend, and a monthly coffee allowance Generous paid time off, including paid holidays and a paid sabbatical for long-tenured employees Comprehensive medical coverage, with the company covering the majority of premium
