Responsibilities
- Tasks include but are not limited to fulfilling internal outsource requests; handling the writing and execution of submitting emails to the Marketing Team; assisting with review and input of church map submissions and prayer requests; and assisting the team with event planning in order to support the department.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people.
- Demonstrates the physical ability to sit, stand, and safely lift up to 15 lbs. "WOW!"
- The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of the churches and pastors.
Skills
- Previous administrative or leadership experience.
- Experience in marketing, strategic initiatives, or communications.
- Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and/or experience communicating with Christian pastors.
- Previous Airtable or HubSpot experience.
- Previous experience with managing group room blocks.
- Previous experience with event planning/assistance.
