Responsibilities

  • The Social Media Analyst helps with developing, implementing, and optimizing content across social and digital channels.
  • This role focuses on organic social engagement with a range of responsibilities aimed at building brand awareness, fostering social engagement, and driving organic growth through our social media channels.
  • Partner with members of the People and Communications teams on the creation of content that positions the brand story in ways that entice and appeal to social media users interested in working at Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Support the Employee Social Media Advocacy Program and advise participating employees.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate with teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout.
