Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies for open roles, draft precise job descriptions, and establish effective interview workflows.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Data Reporting: Track and communicate key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to help optimize the talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

Professional Experience: 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS company.
External Relations: Act as the primary liaison for recruitment agencies and search firms when supplemental support is required for specialized searches.
Operational Autonomy: Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong professional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and provide consultative advice to senior stakeholders.

Compensation

Target cash compensation ranges from $113,000-$158,200, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
