Your actual level and base salary will be decided based on your specific experience and skill level.

Experience with detailed mechanical design including: machined parts, metal additive parts, weldments, fasteners, and complex assemblies
Strong communicator, ability to lead by influence across disciplines and experience levels

Quantify risk at the intersection of manufacturing process and vehicle performance
"Knows the rules well enough to break the rules" - intimate knowledge of aerospace and engineering standards (AS9100 experience preferred)
Experience with safety-critical systems, methods for analyzing and quantifying risk, or failure investigation
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or similar

Target Levels:
Level 3 Range: $129,150 - $193,620
Level 4 Range: $151,305 - $252,105
