- Identify promising industries, customer segments, buying signals, and use cases Develop growth hypotheses and analyze data to validate them Build strategic account lists and targeting logic using firmographic, behavioral, product, and market signals Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior to uncover new opportunities and campaign angles Design lightweight tests, evaluate results, and translate findings into clear execution plans Improve targeting based on campaign performance and sales feedback Build lightweight tools and workflows that make the GTM team more effective Turn successful experiments and insights into repeatable GTM plays Manage multiple growth initiatives while maintaining a high bar for quality What Success Looks Like New segments, signals, and angles generate qualified pipeline Growth ideas are tested systematically and translated into clear actions Our Sales team consistently receives thoughtful, high-quality target lists Successful experiments become repeatable GTM plays We find creative ways to win in competitive markets About You We care more about slope, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability than a perfectly linear background.
