  • The Data Center Interconnect (DCI) organization sits at the center of one of the most transformative technology shifts in decades: the rapid scaling of AI factories, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, and next-generation data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop market models including TAM, SAM, SOM, growth forecasts, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive Revenue Growth and Design Wins
  • Partner with sales and field organizations to identify, pursue, and secure strategic design wins with hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, cloud operators, and system partners.
  • Build and manage a robust opportunity funnel and business growth roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define future product requirements and investment priorities.
  • Build Industry Influence
  • Support press engagements, analyst briefings, keynote content, thought leadership initiatives, and major industry events.
  • Develop Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships
  • Establish and manage key technology alliances across cloud, networking, optics, and semiconductor ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in semiconductor, optical networking, cloud infrastructure, or related technology markets.
  • Significant product marketing, product management, business development, or strategic marketing leadership experience.
  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Knowledge of DCI architectures, coherent DSPs, optical modules, and next-generation optical networking technologies.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Experience with coherent optics, optical networking, silicon photonics, or high-speed interconnect technologies.
  • Proven success driving product strategy, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure strategic customer wins and influence executive-level decision makers.
