About the role
- We are looking for a passionate and versatile Product Operations Manager to bridge AI, product, and operations - driving workplace efficiency through AI-powered tools and systems within TikTok's internal infrastructure.
- This role sits within the Copyright Solutions / Music Content Solutions department.
Responsibilities
- Drive AI-Powered Productivity: Identify operational pain points and high-impact opportunities to improve workplace efficiency through AI, automation, and scalable tools.
- Build & Optimize Internal Products: Design, optimize, and maintain internal systems, workflows, and infrastructure that enable teams to operate more efficiently at a global scale.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to define requirements, business needs, and product specifications, delivering complex solutions from concept to successful launch.
- Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive strategic projects across Product, Engineering, Operations, Business Development, Legal, and other key stakeholders.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.
- Improve Operational Infrastructure: Design and optimize internal systems, workflows, and infrastructure that enable teams to operate more efficiently at scale.
- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) & Adoption Strategies: Own the rollout of new tools and AI features.
- Provide training and ongoing support for internal teams, including Q&A, issue troubleshooting, and creating comprehensive documentation to ensure users get the most out of our internal products.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related tech operations role.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering - you don't need to code, but you can speak the language of technical teams.
- Solid data analysis capabilities, including the ability to read and write SQL to extract actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language
Nice to have
- Hands-on project experience applying AI in practical business scenarios (e.g., workflow automation, using AI tools/agents to improve efficiency).
- Experience in music tech, copyright operations, or internal ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong written communication and structured thinking - you can produce crisp MRDs, product specs, and status updates.
