About the role
- The Culinary Supervisor assists the team in delivering best-in-class culinary experiences by leading the kitchen team, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and keeping operations running smoothly during every shift.
- This role requires three things done well: culinary leadership, people development, and the ability to execute independently when needed.
- This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability to work extended hours during peak periods, special events, and high-volume seasons.
