As a member of the broader Supervision, Support and Governance team you will need to support various broader initiatives from time to time.
Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Identifies business needs, designs/develops tools and training programs; may include delivery of training to audiences.
Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Provides support and guidance to branch supervision employees on supervision issues Supports Regional Supervision team with managed account KYC review monitoring Support the team with quarterly oversight to ensure that each managed account conforms to the account's Client Account Agreement ("CAA") investment guidelines, managed account programs and regulatory obligations.
Performs supervision activities to meet regulatory requirements and maintain service level standards.

Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is required.

Registered with CIRO as Supervisor responsible for supervision of managed accounts - or eligible to request registration.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with managed accounts Post-secondary education in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
While the primary location for the role is Toronto, there is flexibility to work form an office within other regions in Canada.

Salary: $52,300.00 - $96,600.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.

$52,300.00 - $96,600.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
