Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team with troubleshooting and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, etc.)
- Maintain strong curb appeal and overall property standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor invoices
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance staff
- support hiring and scheduling
- Participate in on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance needs

- In this role, you'll lead the maintenance team and oversee all aspects of property upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance to deliver a high-quality living experience for residents.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation
Nice to have
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

- Competitive salary + bonus incentive plan
