Responsibilities
- Assist with building and equipment maintenance as necessary.
Requirements
- Ability to work with live poultry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple demands
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience in the agricultural industry preferable.
- Assist with after-hours checks and putting eggs in incubators as required
- Other tasks as required
Nice to have
- Grade 12 or equivalent preferred

- We are currently seeking individuals to fill the position of Hatchery Production Worker in our Lethbridge location.
- The Hatchery Production Worker is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the Hatchery equipment and building as well as the removal of chicks from hatchers and transfer of eggs from setters to hatchers.
- The Hatchery Worker will be responsible for setting eggs and egg transfers.
- The employee in this position is responsible for culling day old chicks.
- They are also responsible for equipment and work area clean up.
