About the role

- It is your responsibility to ensure that all apartments are ready for new residents, that the maintenance team adheres to compliance standards, and that you provide training and development opportunities for your team members.
- Work Schedule & Availability Maintenance Supervisors work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Manage capital improvement projects, including obtaining bids, scheduling, and overseeing successful project execution.
- Maintain and execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical asset.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
- Valid Driver's License
- EPA certification
- CPO Certification* highly preferred

- Proactively identify and resolve service needs throughout the community.
- Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems are functioning optimally through hands-on repair and oversight.
- Oversee unit turn scheduling and execution, ensuring homes are move-in ready and meet Hawthorne quality standards.
