About the role

  • Act as the communication conduit between operators, engineering, materials, and leadership to remove barriers and improve execution.
  • Act as first responder for safety incidents and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

  • As a Team Lead on our Pressure Calibration team, you will own the daily execution and performance of your production area across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).
  • You are responsible for maintaining flow to schedule, protecting throughput, enforcing standard work, and developing high-performing operators.
  • This role leads daily management, drives problem solving at the gemba, and ensures issues are identified, owned, and resolved with sustainable countermeasures.
  • maintain accurate SQDIP tracking, escalate issues with clear ownership, and resolve problems using structured root cause methods and countermeasures.
  • Ensure adherence to standard work, QMS, and quality standards; lead initial problem triage and coach operators on quality expectations.

Requirements

  • 2-year technical degree or related machine certifications (High School graduate or equivalent required).
  • 3-5 years with dynamically increasing responsibilities in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position (in local currency) is 26.31 - 39.47 hourly
