About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Wastewater Treatment to support capital projects, research, and brewery operations in the area of industrial wastewater treatment systems.
The SME will provide expert-level guidance, strategic planning, process optimization, and innovative solutions for the design, operation, and improvement of wastewater treatment facilities.

Provide technical leadership in wastewater treatment process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Develop and review engineering designs, reports, and technical documents.
Serve as the lead expert on regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal environmental standards.
Support financial development and project planning by offering technical insights and feasibility assessments.

12-15 years of hands-on experience in wastewater treatment.
Familiarity with modeling software and SCADA systems.
Knowledge of both US and Mexican safety and environmental standards.
Passport and ability to travel throughout the US and Mexico is required
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.
Proven expertise in process design, plant operation, and/or consulting services.
In-depth understanding of conventional and advanced wastewater treatment technologies.
Excellent attention to detail on multiple simultaneous tasks
Excellent verbal presentation skills. Excellent written communications skills and ability to document system procedures in an understandable format
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Relevant wastewater operator certifications a plus.

$121,600.00 - $194,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
Our compensation is based on cost of labor.
For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
