  • A builder-architect: you've led the design and delivery of commerce and/or enterprise platforms at scale, equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on with the architecture.
  • you build small, accountable teams, develop existing talent as readily as you recruit, and prefer automation and leverage to large org charts.
