House Manager and Family Assistant Location: San Francisco, CA | 94115 Employment Type: Full-Time | 30-40 hours per week Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM; half-day Fridays as needed.

Family Support & Child Assistance
Create and maintain household organization systems throughout the home
Post-travel unpacking and cleanup support
Manage returns from frequent online orders
Support for larger batch cooking when hosting
Maintain a smoke-free and fragrance free environment.

Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required
Must be dog-friendly.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
You are someone who walks into a space and immediately sees what needs to happen next - without being asked.
You are equally comfortable doing hands-on household tasks, supporting young children, and heading to a second property to set up systems or prep for a gathering.
Experience with toddlers is important, as backup childcare support will occasionally be needed.
Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including general adult vaccinations, COVID-19, and influenza), subject to applicable legal accommodations.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred; willingness to obtain required.

Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Friday evenings are protected family time.
Occasional flexibility for Napa property visits and travel with the family is a plus.
Culinary experience is a genuine plus but not required
