About the role
- This role is a great fit if you're a builder who's energized by full-funnel ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident making decisions with imperfect information.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign planning and execution-paid, email, content syndication, webinars, and more-in partnership with our agency
- Build and optimize nurture programs and conversion funnels across the full buyer journey
- Partner with Sales Ops to improve lead scoring, routing, and funnel conversion
- Product & Content Support
- Collaborate on go-to-market assets (landing pages, emails, one-pagers) to support campaign launches
Requirements
- 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a clear track record of pipeline impact
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling-our stack includes Marketo, Rich, CommonRoom, and Gong
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including ABM principles and lead scoring
- Excellent written communication skills-you can write sharp copy and clear performance summaries
- you know how to prioritize and get things done
Nice to have
- Experience in data infrastructure, cloud databases, or developer-focused products
- You've marketed to technical buyers (engineers, data architects, platform teams)

- $100,000-$135,000
