Responsibilities

  • Create and update material flow sheets. e.g., Fixtures and Fire Alarm devices
  • Create and update material flow sheets. e.g., Fixtures and Fire Alarm devices; Subcontract/Change Order logs; Submittal logs.
  • The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for providing project management support to the Project team.
  • This position may include general administrative support.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and ability to read blueprints
  • project management procedures and working knowledge of scheduling software
  • Computer, filing, and 10-key skills required
  • O ral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Associate degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry

Nice to have

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Projects
  • Oracle and SharePoint experience preferred
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Oracle preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
