About the role
- We're hiring a Founding Account Executive (Principal IC)-a true zero-to-one builder.
- This is a bag-carrying role with real influence.
- You won't inherit pipeline, a territory, or a playbook.
Responsibilities
- Build, Close, and Define the Market
- You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and creative prospecting-while running tight, full-cycle sales motions from first conversation through close.
- This is an opportunity to build the foundation of the revenue engine, not just participate in it.
- Partner with leadership on GTM strategy and growth priorities
- Help build the foundation others will scale
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or asset-heavy environments
- Proven success in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role
- Ability to connect operational challenges to financial impact and ROI
- Strong pipeline generation and outbound motion experience
Nice to have
- Existing network in logistics, warehouse, or relocation ecosystems
- Track record of closing complex deals (career total ~$10M+ preferred)
Compensation
- Glimpse is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
- OTE: $225,000 - $275,000+ (uncapped)
