About the role

- The InterSystems EHR portfolio includes TrakCare, a globally deployed EHR supporting core clinical and administrative workflows, and IntelliCare, a next-generation evolution of TrakCare with embedded artificial intelligence.
- The Product Specialist plays a high-impact role in bridging real-world clinical practice and product functionality.
Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the strategic direction and roadmap of one or more InterSystems EHR products, including feature design, workflow definition, user interaction, and requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, implementation, testing, support, sales, and field engineering teams to bring new features and products to successful release
- Collaborate with Product Management colleagues to ensure product cohesion, consistency, and alignment across the TrakCare and IntelliCare portfolio

Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and technical audiences
- Education in a health-related discipline or health informatics and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical informatics
- Practical clinical experience (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, allied health professional) and/or hands-on operational experience within healthcare organizations (e.g., quality, safety, care management, care coordination, analytics)
- Demonstrated domain expertise with a strong understanding of real-world healthcare workflows and EHR use
- Prior experience working closely with healthcare application design, configuration, optimization, or implementation-either within industry or a provider organization
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, including direct interaction with healthcare customers and stakeholders

Compensation
- $94,000 - $139,000 USD
