Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics

Works closely with Senior Consultants to provide sophisticated plan modeling and funding solutions for non-qualified benefit plans, including, but not limited to deferred compensation and supplemental executive retirement plans.

Utilizes insurance carrier software and internal programs to prepare accurate financial modeling for new and existing non-qualified executive benefit clients.
0 to 3 years of retirement services industry (or comparable) experience
